- Solicit and use performance feedback to identify gaps
- Communicate concerns to home manager
- Guide and supervise team members
- Respond to requests for help/assistance
- Engage with members to understand challenges
- Make practical commitments and highlight dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
- Ensure commitments are honored and delivered
- Seek feedback from peers and managers
- Provide reviews and feedback as requested
- Develop improvement plans with managers
- Understand and track relevant metrics in Cognizant system
2. Fostering Strong Competency:
- Understand and explain enablement goals
- Identify team enablement needs
- Drive competency gap identification and closure
- Implement best practices for competency gap identification
- Develop plans to close individual role-competency gaps
- Encourage team participation in experience-building forums
3. Operating Efficiently:
- Keep skill profile and resume current
- Manage interview panelist roster and nominations
- Prepare knowledge base for new joiners
- Support new community members in their roles
- Resolve conflicts transparently and fairly
- Drive performance management processes
- Monitor Rewards and Recognition processes
- Motivate timely and appropriate associate rewards
- Update resume in HCM and MyCareerApp
- Mentor teams to keep skill profiles updated
4. Building Engineering Mindshare:
- Identify and create reusable assets
- Contribute to white papers, experience papers, and case studies under guidance
