Join Us as a Senior Principal Consultant – Full Stack (Python Developer)
Role Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Ensure correct technical coding decisions from a software development perspective.
- Python & Java Expertise: Mastery of Python, Java, and related frameworks (Django, Flask, Bottle) is essential.
- Technical Stack Proficiency: Extensive experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, AWS EC2, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ.
- OOPs & Data Structures: Solid experience with Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, Time Complexity analysis, and Design Principles.
- Database Management: Creating and supporting business use case schemas and implementing unit tests.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency in tools like Git, Jenkins, Fabric.
- Startup Experience: Experience in scaling product startups is a plus.
- API Design: Developing robust APIs for high-volume systems (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Agile Environment: Experience working in Agile settings.
Your Impact:
- Develop and manage efficient server-side applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, guiding junior developers.
- Incorporate reliable, scalable, and secure front-end components.
- Design and deploy functional requirements.
- Build scalable back-end features in Python.
- Ensure end-to-end product testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.
- Utilize database and SQL knowledge effectively.
- Leverage JavaScript & AngularJS frameworks.
- Work with REST and microservices, Cloud/AWS.
- Use tools like Webpack, Grunt, GIT/SVN, Jenkins.
- Debug and troubleshoot effectively.
- Adapt to new frameworks quickly.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
- Background in product development and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in writing secure web applications.
- Familiarity with AWS web-enabling technologies.
